Achieving Positive Results with Success4Life!

Supporting both virtual and in-person learners in K-12 in all subject areas along with Test Prep!

We are pleased to announce the expansion of Success4Life Tutoring Services, Inc. Success4Life would like to introduce the Success4Life Learning Center at 1232 Bergen Pkwy, #103 in Evergreen, CO. We will be opening August 24th! Success4Life has been providing successful educational services, based out of Evergreen, for 5 years throughout the State of Colorado and recently expanded to Texas, Arizona, and Florida. President, Chad J. Ducklow brings extensive knowledge and experience in the educational field as both a teacher and as a principal. We are committed to providing the best and most personable services available. 

We understand that we are all living in a difficult time and Success4Life would like to help. 

We will be providing educational support for both children who are attending school virtually, along with children who will be attending in person. Success4Life will be offering support for all age children, K – 12, in all subject matters. We will be offering grades K-6 supportive learning Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and grades 7 – 12 supportive learning 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Three to four students will be supported at a time during these 4-hour sessions. Fun and safe brain breaks will also take place. All CDC guidelines will be followed. Success4Life is also able to provide one-on-one tutoring per appointment as well. 

We would like to welcome and introduce the Success4Life Learning Center's team members, Samantha Toso, Amanda Ogle, Heather Turina, and Melissa Lycan. 

  • Samantha Toso specializes in Science and Math and is currently an after school educator at the Butterfly Pavilion. Samantha has 7 years of teaching experience.
  • Amanda (Mandi) Ogle has close to 20 years of experience teaching right here in Evergreen and is a licensed Special Education teacher. She has specialized training in both Orton-Gillingham and Executive Funtion Interventions. Mandi is a CASA Volunteer along with being on the Board of Directors for the Center for the Arts here in Evergreen.
  • Heather Turina is endorsed in Elementary Education along with being a certified Special Education teacher. Heather has 16 years of teaching experience and specializes in reading instruction. She has been a Reading Specialist as well as an Interventionist. Heather also has extensive experience as an RTI Interventionist and is trained in Orton-Gillingham. 
  • Melissa Lycan has several years of teaching experience and specializes in Math and Science. Melissa also has experience teaching Business and Marketing.
