Come experience the beauty of the holiday season in Golden! There will be a Candlelight Walk in Golden on Friday, December 3. Everyone will go down Washington Avenue, candle in hand, singing carols. A pre-walk holiday show on the stage at 10th & Washington begins at 5:30 PM. The walk starts at Foothills Art Center on 15th Street and Washington Avenue at 6:30 pm. and will culminate with a short, live entertainment program.
While you're in Golden, check out the amazing holiday light display along Washington Avenue, Clear Creek, and Golden History Park. Thousands of sparkling lights will illuminate the historic buildings and park – inside and out – for a festive place to make new memories.
Plan a special night to walk along the Creek and make it your most wonderful time of the year. Enjoy the lights nightly at dusk (5:00 pm).
