MOTRvate28+ Challenge: A healthy lifestyle challenge that runs the month of February. Participants earn points in a number of wellness categories designed to motivate and create solid, healthy habits.

Moms on the Run is a structured fitness program for women of all ages (not just moms) and fitness levels who want to get in shape--and have a fun time doing so. Run your first 5K, improve your speed and endurance or stay motivated in your walking routine. We focus on interval training to increase cardiovascular fitness levels and maximize metabolism benefits. You'll start right where you are and walk, jog or run your way to a first race or personal record.
We help busy women discover (or rediscover) the path to a lifetime of physical fitness. If you've been searching for the motivation to get your start as a runner, this program is for you! Our Summer season begins May 11th and is 16 weeks in length. We offer three workouts a week and have flexible purchase options.

Kira Covill is the owner of Moms on the Run, Northwest Denver. Kira lives in Wheat Ridge with her husband and two boys (ages 6 and 7). She fell in love with running about 3 years ago, as she needed a easy way to ensure she could workout while raising her boys and working full time. She began to research formal running programs in early 2019 and stumbled upon the Moms on the Run program but was devastated there was not a Denver Chapter, so she opened the Northwest Denver location in April 2019! Kira loves to camp, hike and she enjoys anything that involves exploring this beautiful state with her family. Currently Kira is training to run the Horsetooth half marathon in Fort Collins in April 2020. Kira has completed 3 half marathons and is attempting her first marathon this year.
