Weight loss programs shouldn’t be all about food, and the Jenny Craig program is certainly so much more than just a diet. For me, it is the perfect combination!
Since a chef-crafted menu that includes 3 meals and 3 snacks each day is an important part of the Jenny Craig program, I thought it would be fun to share with you what a day in my life on the program looks like.
First, I want to mention that there is no room for hunger on this program. I am eating 6 times a day and including lots of fresh vegetables and some fruits throughout. Cravings aren’t much of an issue either, as snacks are built right into my day’s menu. Enjoying a smart-sized bag of cheese curls or a perfectly portioned chocolate lava cake is part of my success (and one I look forward to each day!)

It amazes me every day that I get to enjoy all these chef created meals and successfully lose weight along the way. I am please with my results so far, having lost just under five pounds to date.
