We’ve been coming here since it opened, and it’s one of those rare places that just keeps getting better. On our most recent hosted visit, we were reminded exactly why it’s a go-to for our family and why it should be on every local’s list.

Food, Drinks & Fun for All Ages
I brought my boys in for an after work dinner, and as always, they were thrilled by the drink options... classic sodas, agua frescas, and lemonade kept them happy while we scoped out the food.
One of our favorite things about The Golden Mill is the variety. Everyone can grab something different and still eat together. On this visit, we sampled Tacos al Chile’s beef taquitos, Republik of Chiken's chicken tenders with sweet potato fries, and topped things off with Happy Cones Co.! Their made-to-order New Zealand-style ice cream is always a highlight for our boys. At The Golden Mill, there are options for everyone... For the grown-ups, the self-pour tap wall is a real treat. With rotating selections of beer, wine, cider, and even craft cocktails, it’s easy to try a little bit of everything. On this visit, I especially loved the Rose All Day Punch and a refreshing local sparkling wine. The system is easy to use, and it turns the experience into something playful and fun.

Room to Roam (and Relax)
The space is what really sets The Golden Mill apart. There’s so much room to spread out. Whether you’re upstairs on the rooftop deck enjoying views of the creek and the mountains, relaxing around a fire pit on the patio, or cooling off inside at one of the big communal tables.
Even on busy days, it never feels overwhelming. There’s space for kids to move, for parents to relax, and for everyone to feel welcome. It’s the kind of place where you can linger, and we often do.
