Find great childcare with the opportunity of hosting an au pair. Au pairs come alongside their host families as a trusted family member providing reliable and stress-free childcare when parents need it the most. The affordability and flexibility of the program makes hosting an au pair a great opportunity for working families and the experience of cultural exchange provides both children and parents with an enriched perspective on the world and other cultures.

  • Au pairs come from over 30 countries and they are passionate about caring for children and experiencing what family life is like in the U.S.
  • Au pairs are CPR certified, infant qualified, and thoroughly screened with an in-house background and childcare reference check.
  • Au pairs can assist with all childcare related tasks around the home such as driving children to school and activities, doing kid laundry, meal prep, keeping play areas organized, etc.
  • Families are active participants in the matching process and can search for an au pair candidate that matches well with their lifestyle, personality, and interests.
  • Au pairs can provide up to 45 hours a week of childcare.

Cultural Care Au Pair has been the leading au pair agency in the United States for over 30 years and we work hard to support our host families and au pairs to have the best experience in the program as possible.

Business Review

"At first I was hesitant to have someone living in my home, but when I finally took the bold step to go forward with the au pair program, I realize now that hosting au pair was and is still the best decision I ever made for finding great childcare. I can't believe it took me so long to commit to this wonderful program. My kids love our au pair and it has been such a joy to learn about her culture and language and have her as part of our family." Katie, mother of 3 in Golden

"Hosting an au pair has been a total game changer during the pandemic when other forms of childcare became unreliable. When friends and colleagues of mine were struggling to find  childcare, I found myself feeling so relieved and grateful that I didn't have to worry about any of that because of our au pair. I don't know how we would have stayed working without her. She has been our rock and does such an amazing job with our children." Dan, father of 2 in Arvada.

"I absolutely love the cultural exchange part of this program.  I have learned so much about Colombian traditions and food and it is so special to share aspects of U.S. culture and our customs and holidays with our au pair as well. Even the little things like how we fry our eggs differently or how we decorate in different ways for holidays has been so much fun for our family. Not to mention that my husband and I have crazy schedules so the flexibility and being able to shift the schedule each week without worry has been such a stress relief for us. I don't know where we would be without our au pair." Stacey, mother of 2 in Arvada.
